Hello, My name is Archana and I am super thrilled to be here on Mixed Media Academy blog to share my Guest designer post and thank you so very much MMA team for this wonderful opportunity…

This month's theme is super awesome and everyone of us like this theme that's for sure. Fairytale or fairy are a part of our growing up years and they always remain special for us. I wanted to create something special for this theme
So, I have altered old CD using mixed media Techniques.

I also made a small step by step tutorial of the project. So let’s get started,
First to make background ready I have pasted white cardstock on CD, and then spread Immix Ground texture paste through stencil using palate knife.

Next I adhere chipboard embellishments but before adding them on to the CD I prime the chipboard using white gesso, and once it dries completely, I added them on the CD forming a composition.

Once the layer of gesso dries completely, I colored the project using green shade sprinkle mist.

To add more interest to the project I added fairy dust on to the fairy chipboard. I adhere flower soft at some places and also artificial grass, next to finish the project I added flat back pebble & one sentiment

Here are some more pictures of this project:
