DESIGN TEAM INSPIRATIONS
I am back with another inspiration for beautiful mood board this month. Past 2 years was actually very stressful and difficult for everyone. Now we need to calm down and generate positive vibes to rejuvenate our mind and soul. Mood board this month gives the same opportunity to us.
I have created this beautiful butterfly half doodled and half with mixed media . Now keep calm and start creating. Stay healthy and stay safe.
“Nobody can bring you peace but yourself.” my take on this month's challenge..
I have doodled around the border along with zentangle.
This month's theme is "Mind over matter" where we would like to create awareness about giving importance to mental health, peace and spiritual growth for one's holistic wellness.
I was inspired by the power of nature, the air of the forest. Unity with nature gives us strength and inspiration!
A few doodles and color sprays. And here's a new page in my art journal.
It was relaxing and refreshing.
Perhaps these words would never have left my mouth if the topic of the month in @mixedmediaacademy was not "mind over matter ..." but today if there is a certainty in me - which did not exist before - it is that "we are one" ...
There is no one but you, we are all one, surrounded by reflections that let us see the immensity that we are… can you imagine what I am saying?… If each one of us is "us"… the immensity of the universe inhabits us.
My work represents the active meditation that involves performing every detail of the "pointillism" technique with absolute experience of the "only moment" that exists.
I did doodles based on stencils and then completed with loose paint doodles here and there. If you would like to see the complete process you can see it on my blog.
Hey Everyone,
Welcome back to MMA blog challenge, this month’s challenge is about mental wellness and spiritual growth of one’s ….which I feel is more important to look into after this very difficult phase we all have been going through from past 2 years….to present the theme I have worked upon this mixed media panel…..Creating this layout there were lots of things running in my mind how we were restricted in our houses mostly kind of locked up and time was just passing by…. How our minds were scared and multi thoughts coming to it…how we wanted to fly away from all the pressure around…I have also done some doodling around as a must do for our challenge theme….Hope u enjoy this inspiration and take time to participate in the challenge.
Happy Crafting
The mind is everything
what you think, you become ~ Buddha
Hey everyone today I am sharing you my latest project for this month's challenge . Doodling is compulsory element this time and i chose to make mandala art. I used gelly roll pens and did stenciling around it. My focal point is Buddha.
I feel relaxed whenever I doodle and what could be more relaxing than creating Buddha with mandala. I hope you all will join us for this month challenge and take out some little time from your chaotic world and give doodle a chance 🙂
