Memories are special always and our moodboard colours this month are so amazing. My Mixed Media Canvas with a lot of texture and autumn colours.

Autumn butterfly. I will truly miss them. They show all of us how we can evolve into something stunning and maginificent.

Autumn for me is a time of memories and nastalgia. This is the time when you can make yourself comfortable in an armchair, cover yourself with a warm blanket, drink hot tea and immerse yourself in memories.
I have prepared a vintage mood project for your inspiration. It has rough autumn foliage, damp rains and the smell of autumn. Vintage children as a symbol of memories of long gone school days.
Let autumn not drive you into longing, each season has its own charm and autumn is just a time of calm thoughts.

Old memories are always meant to be cherished. I still remember when I was a kid, I was carefree and extremely happy. All the precious memories that I have in my heart makes me go back to that time again. For our September Challenge I made this tiny Mixed Media Notebook, where I can write my thoughts and stick my favourite pictures to cherished such lovely memories. I hope you will love it.

A moment lasts all of a second, but the memory lives on forever.

The best thing about the memories is making them, but when it's made with the loved one it's treasured for lifetime...
The mood board have rich color pallet which made me to link it with the wedding theme, hope you all will like & get inspired by my project.

September Challenge

 Hello and welcome to yet another exciting challenge at Mixed Media Academy.

This month it is all about the "memories". Create a mixed media project showing elements of autumn and reminiscing about old memories. Use at least 3 colours from our colour palette in your project.

Here is our lovely moodboard.

For September challenge I created an album. I think that there is no better things to store memories than photos and albums. I hope my family and I will take a lot of autumn photos this year. The fox on the cover is supposed to refer to our dogs, are you curious what breed they are? 

It's the little memories that will last a lifetime, it's mean creating memories is a priceless gift. Memories will last a lifetime things only a short period of time.

Memories are the treasures that we keep locked deep within the storehouse of our soul, to keep our heart warm when we are lonely, our memories are the only paradise from which we can never be expelled.

For as long as I can remember, fall has been my favorite time of year (and winter 2) ,😉.
I cannot get enough of fall. The colors, the holidays, the changes -- it's all so magical to me. Every year it's similar, but every year feels like I'm experiencing it for the first time. As I've been working for the past few months on living positively in the present moment, it makes a lot of sense to me to celebrate this present of mine -- the beautiful change in season -- and time to make some new memories .

Hello, friends! Today I'd like to share with you my dreamy autumn mood.. Summer is almost over and I will keep memories about it, about sunlight and sea, I will drink my hot tea and dream about my future trips and plans.

Sometimes you will never know the true value of the moment until it becomes a memory. Here's my mixed media inspiration for this month's mood board challenge. I have used all the colours from the mood board.

When you miss someone you love, every little thing reminds you of them. Sometimes it's a simple fragrance which brings forth the memories of you together, sometimes it's a song. Especially when you are toasting to good times, the memories of good times in the past with a loved one, brings a smile on your face and that's the time when the lyrics of Maroon 5's "Memories" hits home hard. This month's moodboard inspired me to make a layout which sort of visually represents this song which is very close to my heart!

January Challenge Creative TeamT Inspirations

Hello Crafty Souls,

Today we have some more exciting Inspirations for you from our Creative Team. We have a fabulous challenge NEW BEGINNING for the month with a lovely COLOUR Palette. Now on to our DT Inspirations

What a fabulous challenge to start the new year! Sharing my mixed media layout on a reverse canvas as my first DT project for Mixed Media Academy. I was inspired by the bright n radiant color palette and the lovely quote, "Trust the Magic of New Beginnings!"

Truly, it's perfect to begin the new year....a new journey....a new challenge...a new hope!

When it's time for a change, you can feel it in your bones, and there's nothing like that feeling - the feeling of chasing something new! Excited, anxious, happy...maybe even a little scared ...but these feeling drive us towards something new!

Similarly in my artwork, the girl on the unicycle portrays the feeling of chasing something new... of beginning a new journey...with a hope to explore the magic of the unknown!

A new beginning ... what do these words mean to you?

New Year? New job? New hobby?

For me, this is a period of summing up, and building plans for the future.

In the world of scrapbooking this year has been very bright and eventful for me.

I met many people around the world, I was lucky enough to become part of several magical design teams ... I didn’t get into some, unfortunately.

and I managed to make some conclusions

black is not always black, evil can be good, and white is not always white. And, oddly enough, good is not always good.

everyone chooses which mask to wear - black or white ... and maybe you should not wear masks at all, but be yourself? Funny man in different socks.

and most importantly, the universe doesn't let defective desires happen

Hello New Year and a new beginning of a colorful life.

Some of us make a new year’s resolutions, some of us are frustrated that last year resolutions went wrong. However we all have a fresh start because New Year is a New Beginning! I’m happy to start my year journey with such a great team. My first inspiration is also a wish for you. I hope we will all have a colourful year with some unexpected twists, as bright as one Alicia of Wonderland side of my New Year Cat. I wish we will have plenty of time for creativity and self development.I hope that this cat will remind me and you about all dreams and hopes and I want you to grab some strength from him to fulfill them all.

I wish in this new year , I will always listen to my heart and choose a correct beautiful route to live my wonderful moments of 2020 !!! Whether it will be tuff to reach there but the result would be this scenic then its totally worth it

 A flower does not think of competing with the flower next to it. It just blooms.

Every moment is a fresh beginning

likewise Every day is a blessing & consider it a new beginning.

Be like the flower that blooms & spread positivity with its bright colors & pleasant fragrance.

 I congratulate you on the beginning of the new year! And our challenge is also dedicated to a new beginning. It is wonderful when we find something new around us. It gives us inspiration.

For me Everyday is a new beginning and I start my each day with a bright smile and positivity.You are the only one who can decide what your life should be and if you start living each day on your own terms, everything falls in place, everything turns out to be positive and great. I love the bright colour palette for the month but I chose to use Yellow and gray in my project to show the lights of morning sun erasing all darkness slowly with a hint of Pink.
